Discuss how evidence based practice is used to support client interventions in this setting.  In APA format, list one article you used to support evidence based practice.

Research in one of the main objectives at the Mayo Clinic.  Mayo is constatly making sure that their treatment protoclos are upto date.  Every few years a rehab protocol in either reviewed or revised.  Currently I am reviewing the protocol for arthroscopic RTC repair; I am making sure the prescibing physicans instructions are what the research is suggesting.  This is one article that I found that supports what the MDs are prescribing for thearpy.

Hi Robert - it sounds like you have a unique situation. Not every facility is as up-to-date as Mayo, so I'm glad you are getting that experience. Good article to support your evidence. Dr. Decker
