Greetings! It is that time: End of Term! We want to wish you all the best on your final exams, projects and final weeks in clinical rotations.

Pre-Break Reminders
In preparation for our break and some refreshing on the campus, we are asking that you assist us with the following:

  • Refrigerators: Don’t forget to clean out all refrigerators prior to the break. Beginning at 10 p.m. local time Friday, April 19, and refrigerator contents will be discarded.
  • Library: Remember, returning checked-out library materials on time helps maintain the library’s resources and allows others to enjoy the same opportunities for learning. Please return Library materials by Friday, April 19. Contact library@usa.edu with questions/concerns.
  • Lockers: Don’t forget to clean out all lockers prior to the break. Beginning at 10 p.m. local time Friday, April 19, all remaining locks on lockers will be removed.
—During the term break lockers will be cleaned and maintenance provided. If items remain in a locker after April 19, the lock will be cut, and items placed in the lost and found or donated to a local charity.
—Beginning Monday, May 13, students may resume use of the lockers for the 2024 Summer Term.
  • Lost and Found: Students or employees who have misplaced a personal item during the trimester can visit the Security or front reception desk on campus to check if it has been turned in.

Break Campus Hours
Access to campus during the term break will be as follows:
