In this 60-minute webinar-based learning event, registered professional nurses will participate in knowledge exchange related to the theory of understanding Crucial Conversations and purposeful implementation strategies to incorporate into practice. Learning will be augmented through facilitated group discussion, case study presentation and analysis, and question and answer periods.
