Description
This course applies exercise physiology concepts to develop exercise programs for individuals to support movement and function across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on exercise prescription to address impairments and limitations in cardiorespiratory fitness, muscle performance, flexibility, neuromotor control, gait, and balance.
