This seminar is designed to provide therapists with the background necessary to screen patients, seeking treatment for neuromusculoskeletal disorders, for the presence of disease. The information covered in this seminar will, combined with the therapist?s knowledge and skills in the management of neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction, make the therapist able to form a more comprehensive examination scheme. A secondary goal of this course is to enable the physical therapist to communicate more effectively with other health care professionals, as well as the patient.
