In this 60-minute session participants will have an enhanced understanding of just culture principles in healthcare, including the importance of balancing accountability and learning. They will be equipped with the knowledge necessary to navigate complex situations effectively, promoting a culture of fairness, transparency, and continuous improvement within their healthcare organizations. Case studies, policy examples, and discussion enhance meaningful dialog within an interdisciplinary framework from novice to expert clinician.
