Description
Mentoring plays a pivotal role in being a life-long learner. Both the mentor and mentee enter into the clinical supervision relationship with expectations to grow and develop professional skills. This 60-minute session will explore the cohort effects of generations influencing the mentor / mentee relationship. Specifically, we will contrast and highlight strategies to support a thriving relationship.
