Description

The application of managerial and administrative principles to rehabilitation services within a changing healthcare environment and the impact upon the delivery of services in a variety of practice settings. Primary topics addressed include: organizational and legal structures, supervision and management, quality assurance, fiscal management, human resources, collaboration and team functions, and marketing. Prerequisite: For PT Students PHT5570 Internship I
