Description
This course provides an introduction to the knowledge and skills needed to lead patient safety and quality improvement initiatives at the micro and macro level. The course provides the foundational concepts and methodologies used in process improvement within healthcare. Successful participants develop a system’s view of safety and quality challenges and learn strategies for improving culture, enhancing teamwork, managing change, and measuring success.
