Description

This course explores innovative approaches in occupational therapy aimed at enhancing accessibility, mobility, and independence for individuals with diverse abilities in community settings. Through a blend of theoretical exploration, legal insights, and practical application, students will be prepared to lead and innovate within the evolving landscape of occupational therapy. Topics such as universal design, environmental adaptations, accessibility, and assistive technology to enhance occupational performance and participation are discussed in this course.
