Evidence based interventions are used in the setting at all times. There is a monthly journal club where therapists bring research journal articles and discuss new interventions and techniques that are current. During my inservice, I spoke about MS and some of the new interventions that are being used as well as older interventions that are being supported by research that is being done now.
 
We try to keep our interventions evidence based and I haven't been aware of anything we've done that hasn't been supported by evidence. Therapists are encouraged to take part in continuing ed seminars and education.
