In my setting we are constantly using evidence based practice to treat our patients. Every week i submit 23 articles related to patients that we are currently seeing and if the evidence showed a significant effect from the tx in the article then we may implement it into our current treatments. All of our interventions have strong research behind them and if we come across a patient with a diagnosis we are unfamiliar with we research the best protocols for that patient. One article i found and used was the use of CIMT for stroke patients which i implemented with a patient i have been working with for several weeks now. It is listed below in APA format.
