I currently treat 3-4 participants independently and assist with the other individuals. Their diagnoses include TBI, SCI, and CVA. At this facility a full caseload is typically 7-8 participants. In order to progress to a full caseload, I have a notebook where I keep track of treatment ideas that are appropriate for each individual and things that haven't really worked. That way, when the participant is on my caseload, I have a better idea of what I want the session to focus on.
