Thank you for your post Casey.  Time management when working with multiple clients can be challenging.  You must be on top of your  game to make sure everyone is taken care of appropriately.  You will find that the techs and aids are such a valuable members of the team.  Respectful communication with the team can make the whole clinic run very smoothly.

   I will continue to look up research articles and information on the different diagnosis that come into the clinic.

   I will be more aware of my surroundings and know when to delegate different tasks to the tech. I will also decide before hand and have a schedule in my head of what order I need to see the patients in.
