• Please list the areas you and your FWS identified in your mid-term evaluation that you need to concentrate on for the next 5 weeks of this fieldwork rotation. My supervisor and I discussed working on completing more evaluations independently, gaining more experience in working with a COTA, and gaining more knowledge on documentation at the facility as well as insurance policies. • Discuss how you plan to meet these new objectives/ goals. After midterm, I was able to work 2 whole days with a COTA at the facility and gain experience and knowledge about a COTA's roles. With an increase in caseload, I will be able to complete more evaluations independently and am currently completing all documentation at the facility independently. My supervisor and I plan to discuss insurance more in depth throughout this fieldwork experience to allow me to gain more insight into billing and insurance rules/regulations.

What do you think will be the biggest challenge with independently completing evaluations timely? What is your strategy for overcoming this?
