Description

This course focuses on pelvic health evaluation and diagnostic reasoning for physical therapists through synchronous and asynchronous engagement. Learners develop structured approaches to screening, history taking, systems review, and external pelvic and musculoskeletal examination related to bladder, bowel, sexual health, and pelvic pain conditions. This course emphasizes trauma-informed communication, differential diagnosis, red flag identification, and clinical decision-making for diverse and special populations. Students integrate outcome measures, documentation standards, and case-based reasoning to build confidence in performingacomprehensiveevaluation of patients withpelvic healthconditions.
