This course focuses onthe business, operational, and leadership systems that shape outpatient physical therapypractice. Students examine private practice models, legal and compliance responsibilities, reimbursement, business planning, workflow and scheduling, ethical leadership, risk management, marketing, branding, payment innovation, growth strategy, benchmarking, and quality improvement. Using applied outpatient practice scenarios, students learn to analyze practice performance, evaluatesustainabilityand risk, and make leadership decisions that support ethical, efficient, and patient-centered care.
