Description
This course expands on instruction from PHT 5802 in the areas of Patient/Client Management, PT documentation, and jurisprudence. Reimbursement issues, communication with other healthcare professionals, supervision, patient screening, and risk management across practice settings will be presented. Application of the concepts of patient-practitioner interaction, discharge planning, and standardized outcome measures will be provided. The roles of various healthcare practitioners will be discussed.
