Advanced Craniofacial (PHT 7 333)
Term: 2017-2018 Academic Year Spring
This is an online course that focuses on the examination and treatment of craniofacial pain. The examination process, interview, observation, and physical examination is discussed in detail, with emphasis on reliability and validity of its various parts. Treatment is discussed, with a focus on the craniocervical junction and on patient management. Additional topics in this course include an in-dept coverage of headaches and diagnostic classifications. Prerequisites: PHT 7332 Intermediate Craniofacial and attendance to the continuing education seminar, "Advanced Craniofacial" conducted by the University of St. Augustine.
