PLO 1: Differentiate and diagnose communication and swallowing conditions utilizing evidenced-based practice.

PLO 2: Outline and implement evidence-based treatment plans appropriate to the condition and in client-specific contexts. 

PLO 3: Describe and educate/collaborate/counsel with clients, team members, and caregivers on prevention, assessment, and intervention across conditions. 

PLO 4: Demonstrate professional practice competencies including; accountability, integrity, effective communication skills, collaboration, clinical reasoning, evidence-based practice, care for individuals served, culturally and linguistically responsive practice, and professional duty.

PLO 5: Differentiate and demonstrate cultural and linguistic responsiveness while communicating effectively, recognizing the background, needs, values, and the preferred mode of communication of the client and family.
