Description
This breakout session will be a highly interactive session in which alumni will learn about Interpersonal Leadership, the qualities that make up a great leader and perform a self-assessment into their current leadership style. Alumni will learn how to tap into their own strengths to enhance their current leadership qualities. They will leave this session inspired to become a better leader.
