Keep your contact information up to date: Through the MyUSA portal and My Contact Info link on the Student tab under Student Links. You will be able to update your contact information, address changes, email addresses, phone numbers, etc.
Since the portal requires students to use an ID and password, any changes made through it are considered official. An email is not considered official notification. Students use the same Student portal to see their grades, schedules, and financial records so we encourage you to use it.

If your question is about the content of your transcript (courses, grades, degree, etc.), you should contact your Registrar's Office at registrar@usa.edu .
