The 2025–2026 University Catalog/Handbook, which becomes effective September 1, 2025, is now available.  

The Summary of Catalog Revisions page provides a detailed description of changes and direct links to revised policies and other information. Students and employees should review the list of changes and corresponding policies in their entirety to ensure compliance with University and program requirements. 

As a reminder, policies in the current catalog are applicable to all students; however, the student’s plan of study is determined by the student’s term of entry and typically does not change. Students and employees should bookmark catalog.usa.edu to access the current Catalog/Handbook and Academic Calendar, which are updated as needed throughout the academic year.  

Additionally, students are responsible for reviewing their program and clinical education handbooks, which are accessed by logging in to the MyUSA portal, to ensure compliance with all program requirements.
