  • Please list all of the assessment tools you use when evaluating clients at this facility

               During evalutions we commonly use the DEM, BOT-2, THS, TVPS-R, and Sensory Profile. We also use a parent checklist for developmental milestones.

  • Of the assessment tools utilized at this setting, name and describe one that you were not familiar with prior to this fieldwork? If there are none, please describe a challenging evaluation session you had with a client.

               I was not familiar with the DEM (Developmental Eye Movement Assessment) prior to this fieldwork. The DEM is used to test binocularity, accomodation, base-in/base-out fusion, and vergence facility for patients with suspected visual processing/auditory processing disorder.
