Week #4
Original post: Wed 10/8/2014 at 7:07 PM
How many clients are you seeing daily?
8-13 patients daily
What are their diagnoses?
We see a wide-range of diagnoses, however they include: heart/kidney/liver failure, pre and post organ
transplant, CHF, MI, oncology, stroke, GI bleeds, complications due to diabetes and cognitive deficits.
What is considered a full caseload for your facility?
A full caseload is a minimum of 8 patients/day.
Discuss one strategy you are utilizing to help you work toward or maintain a full caseload.
I treat or eval and document 4 patients per day this week, as it is week #4. Next week I will see or eval and
document 5 patients daily, and so on.
