Mid Term Objectives

  • Time Management
  • Confidence with initial evaluations and team conferences

•  Discuss how you plan to meet these new objectives/ goals.
  • Time Management
    
    • As a way to improve my time management skills, my FSW suggested timing myself as I complete my notes. That way I can see how much time I am spending on each note. The expectation is to complete at least all daily notes before the afternoon appointments.
    • As a way to improve my time management skills during appointments, I will be wearing a watch, have my schedule, and have a definite plan for the treatment session.
  • Confidence
    • I will make sure to prepare more in advance or review the evaluation process. That way I am confident with patients and families and know what I am doing.
    • With team conferences, I will be showing up early on days I have conference. I will write out what I will say and bring in the notes. I can then use that to refer to if I blank out.
  • Grading Interventions
    • I will review different interventions at home and determine how to grade up or down. There are a lot of treatment ideas online that could be used as well.
