1. Please list the areas you and your FWS identified in your mid-term evaluation that you need to concentrate on for the next 5 weeks of this fieldwork rotation. 

      At midterm, my fws said that I should continue to concentrate on individualizing therapy activities for patients. She also said that she would like to see me incorporate more evidence-based research into the activities and approaches that I choose for therapy.

2. Discuss how you plan to meet these new objectives/ goals.

      To meet these goals I will begin taking a closer look at the work and recreational goals that each patient has and attempt to incorporate the actions required for those goals into therapy activities. Also, when thinking of new treatment activities and concepts, I will look to evidence based research to see if I can find support for my ideas before I begin using them with patients.
