In this setting, we see many kids with feeding difficulties.  The approach with kids with feeding difficulties incorporates working on oral motor skills and behavior strategies.  A lot of the techniques used come from different conferences that therapists that specialize in feeding go to.  It is also beneficial to communicate with a psychologist or nutiritionist when coming up with a plan of care depending on if the child is having more oral motor difficulty or if it is more of a behavioral problem.
