1. Assessments used frequently include: Independent Living Scale, Sensory Profile, COPM and the Occupational Self Assessment. 

 

2. I had a challenging evaluation with a client with late stage dementia. Visual cards with leisure activities helped me to find out what was important to the patient during the evaluation
