OT is one of several therapies offered at the hospital. In patient services are also provided by physical therapy, speech therapy, and respiratory therapy.

List three fieldwork objectives/ goals you and your fieldwork supervisor (FWS) have established. Choose one of those objectives and share how you believe this goal will be met.

1. Increased participation in planning treatment sessions.

2. Increased efficiency with and exposure to documentation.

3. Increased efficiency with execution of treatment sessions.

I have had the opportunity to document with my FWS on sessions that I have observed her complete. The different observations allow exposure to completing different types of documentation. I become more familiar with the documentation system and also protocol for treatment and evaluation from observing my FWS.
