  • Please list the areas you and your FWS identified in your mid-term evaluation that you need to concentrate on for the next 5 weeks of this fieldwork rotation.

During my mid-term evaluation my supervisor and I determined that I need to concentrate on performing more areas of the evaluation and discharge process because we have not had many opportunities to allow me to practice.

  • Discuss how you plan to meet these new objectives/ goals.

I plan to meet these new goals by beginning to discuss each item we are looking for and what we find at the end of the evaluation with parents of the child we are evaluating.
