  • 9 Hole Peg Test
  • Box and Blocks
  • FIM
  • MMT
  • ROM
  • Basic Vision Screening

2. Of the assessment tools utilized at this setting, name and describe one that you were not familiar with prior to this fieldwork? If there are none, please describe a challenging evaluation session you had with a client.

  • I am familiar with all of the assessment tools that my setting utilizes for evaluations; however, I was not familiar with G-Codes associated with Medicare patients. I have learned a lot about how different insurances require certain information from evaluations in order to reimburse for services.
