My fieldwork supervisor and I talked about how I need to be a team player and be less concerned about specific OT assessments or individual therapies, and instead find ways to use OT skills in everything I do around the facility. I have done this by getting to work an hour earlier than my supervisor everyday, and getting the clients up early and assisting them with their ADLs. I do all these things proactively and before being asked to do so by my supervisor.
