• Acute Rehab assessment tools: ROM screening, Gross MMT, Sensation screen, visual screen, FIM, and history.

Of the assessment tools utilized at this setting, name and describe one that you were not familiar with prior to this fieldwork? If there are none, please describe a challenging evaluation session you had with a client.

• The most difficult patient I evaluated was one with a diagnosis of altered mental status. The patient was not accurate with prior level of function as pt lives in an ALF. The patient was resistive to the assessment tools, therefore max encouragement was utilized in order for the patient to perform ROM or ADLs.
