The portions of the mid term evaluation that need improvement were utilizing rehab aides more often, engaging CI more frequently asking questions so she feels engaged and getting efficienty/productivity to 85%. These areas will be improved by having rehab aides get my patients and have them at the gym on the time of their appointments, asking my CI different tx approaches for new evaluations with CVA's, TBI's and pt's with spinal precautions to generate new ideas and tx approaches to deliver a higher level of care and therapeutic use of self, productivity will be increased by completing documentation after the tx of patients so extended time is not need at the end of the day.
