1. How many clients are you seeing daily?

  • 8

2. What are their diagnoses?

  • Primarily CVAs, with some TBI and SCI clients, and an occasional MS or ALS client

3. What is considered a full caseload for your facility?

  • At Casa Colina, seeing 8 patients a day, 5 days a week is considered a full caseload

4. Discuss one strategy you are utilizing to help you work toward or maintain a full caseload.

  • Each week my supervisor is adding 1-2 clients to my current caseload until I reach a full caseload. My responsibilities are increasing each week as I am expected to play a more active role in each therapy session, even those that I am not leading.
