Of the assessment tools utilized at this setting, name and describe one that you were not familiar with prior to this fieldwork?

• Before this fieldwork, I was unfamiliar with the PENN shoulder score questionnaire. It is a self report questionnaire similar to the DASH, however it is specific to shoulder injuries. The PENN asks questions that are more geared toward actions of the shoulder that may be difficult with pathology or injury.
