Please list all of the assessment tools you use when evaluating clients at this facility.

At Catalyst Therapy, Inc., we use clinical observations, parent report (detailed form to be filled out before the evaluation if possible) and interview, Peabody Developmental Motor Scales, Sensory Profile, Sensory Processing Measure, the Developmental Test of Visual Perception, the BOT-2, SIPT (my FWS is certified--very cool!), the Print Tool, Miller Assessment for Preschoolers, QUEST, and Test of Sensory Function of Infants.

Of the assessment tools utilized at this setting, name and describe one that you were not familiar with prior to this fieldwork? If there are none, please describe a challenging evaluation session you had with a client.

I am not familiar with the Test of Sensory Function in Infants, though I have not had to use it and have not seen my FWS administer it, yet. 

It was very challenging to administer the PDMS-2 to a 27 month-old because it was hard to tell if he really couldn't do a task or if he was just not interested in doing it.
