How many clients are you seeing daily?
On average, I am seeing at least 5 patients a day. This includes evaluations and treatment sessions.
What are their diagnoses?
There are a variety of diagnoses I see. Some of the veterans are diagnosed with PTSD, mTBI, and a variety of ortho cases such as carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, radial palsy, and boxer's fracture.
What is considered a full caseload for your facility?
A full caseload varies from day to day. The most we have seen in one day is 15 veterans, the least we have seen was 2 on what was considered a "training day". Typically, there are about 13 veterans scheduled per day. My FWS and I are working 40 hours a week.
Discuss one strategy you are utilizing to help you work toward or maintain a full caseload.
One strategy I am utilizing to help work towards a full causeload is working on time management with veterans and efficiency on charting. My FWS's feedback has guided me towards a full caseload also.
