Please list the areas you and your FWS identified in your mid-term evaluation that you need to concentrate on for the next 5 weeks of this fieldwork rotation. 

  • Clearly communicate the role of OT to families and clients
  • Collaborate effectively with clients and families throughout occupational therapy process
  • Grade treatments up or down

Discuss how you plan to meet these new objectives/ goals.

I plan to meet these new goals by being more thorough in my explanations when communicating with families.  I have been planning treatment ideas the night before to ensure sessions will run smoothly.  I will choose treatments that are easily adaptable so that it is at the right skill level for the child.
