1. Practice being more "clear" and "concise" in my articulation
2. Although this is difficult to do in an acute care setting, be more conscious to ask pt's what they do in their free time and attempt to incorporate that into treatment.
3. Try to be as clear/professional/concise as possible in all documentation.
