- Independently collaborating with client and family.
- To meet this, my FWS is encouraging me to discuss with parents the changes I see in treatment sessions and to further collaborate on what they'd like to work on further or how things may be different at home compared to in the clinic.
- Further developing interpretation and planning.
- My FWS says I come up with good intervention activities, but can improve my interpretation of client's abilities during sessions and assessments in order to grade up/down more effectively.
- Independently develop long term intervention planning.
- My FWS has provided me with worksheets to help me develop long term intervention plans. In outpatient peds, long term is really long term--6 months at a minimum. It's hard for me to wrap my head around acceptable goals and therefore intervention plans for 6 months out, especially because I haven't even been on this fieldwork for 2 months yet.
