Goals my FWE and I have established for me to focus on include:

1. Speak loud and confidently when running OT tx groups

2. Plan and lead 2 group tx sessions and 3 evals daily

3. Improve time management with documentation  

I will achieve these goals by:

1. Preparing and writing down what I am going to say before the group session

2. Increasing my case load every week by taking on more duties, such as, planning another group. 

3. Take good written notes during evals and provide clear and concise documentation.
