1. Please list the areas you and your FWS identified in your mid-term evaluation that you need to concentrate on for the next 5 weeks of this fieldwork rotation.

• I need to exhibit more confidence in evaluations, specifically working on performing a concise evaluation. 
• I need to work on my ability to quickly change my intervention plan with unpredictable changes during a session. 
• I am currently working to be able to identify when a intervention activity needs to be graded up or down depending on the client's skill level.

2. Discuss how you plan to meet these new objectives/ goals.

• When conducting evaluations, I need to just be confident in my skills and take the time ahead of time to prepare for the evaluation as in what I am going to say, based on the diagnosis what do I need to be aware of, and just use my time wisely to get all the necessary information so that I can determine an appropriate plan of care to meet the needs of the client. 
• Now that I am becoming more familiar with the intervention strategies used in my facility and the equipment and tools available, I will identify the skill I am trying to address and based on that pick a few different activities to use and if one doesnt work, I will have others to use.
• My biggest issue with grading up or down activities isn't whether the activity is too hard or easy for the client, it is whether the client can't do it based on skill level or frustration level. If it is a skill level problem, it is easy to grade up or down, but with a frustration level problem I will have to decide if this is something that the patient can accomplish with extra time.
